Let’s Catch Up!

Wow! My last update was March 29th and life has sure been busy since then! My oldest son is graduating high school and my youngest child is waiting to be born. Not to mention all the activities my 5 other kids are in.

So with all the doctors appointments I have had a chance to stay up mostly caught up on my reading. There was one day I was at the doctor’s office so long I actually started and finished a book!!

Now I am on maternity leave but I do have something scheduled for almost everyday from now until the beginning of July. So be sure to continue to drop by and check out the reviews, special guest post, giveaways and more!

LOL! Yeah she apologized but was called into the hospital to ‘catch babies’. It didn’t bother me because I know when it is my time she will be there for me. 🙂

Oh you’ve got some amazing books! I really hope you’ll enjoy them all. Aww you’re pregnant! Congrats! 🙂 I admire how you can balance reading with the kids! You rock 🙂

Thanks! I am really hoping that my love of reading catches on with my kids. So far two of them love it, two of them read once in awhile and the younger two would rather play outside. 🙂

Jane Austen’s First Love sounds interesting – I need to check that one out.
Congrats to your son on the high school graduation and to you and your family on the baby 🙂 It has been almost three years since my high school graduation and I still remember it really vividly. In Finland we do these big graduation parties and I remember not eating anything from like 10am til 10pm because the graduation ceremony and after that my house being full of guests.

Sounds like y’all have a blast in Finland! We are planning a party for my son after the baby is born. He s fine with that (thank goodness) and this will give us more time to plan something special for him!

So many great books, Dani. I’m impressed that you have any time to read at all with your busy household. Wishing you a wonderful maternity leave as you prepare to welcome your new baby into the family.

Great books! I’m really wanting to read Dakota Cassidy and I’ve loved the Sherryl Woods book I’ve read. I’m also looking forward to reading Suddenly Last Summer. Congratulations on the new baby and the high school graduation! We’ve got a pretty big age difference too though we’ve got one big clump and then another (we’re his, hers and ours). On the day our youngest starts kindergarten our next youngest will be starting his senior year in high school! Have a great week!
