My Weekly Bible Journaling #75 – Catching Up
These past several weeks have been busy ones. We have had loved ones in the hospital, a neighbor lost his house to a fire and now most of my kids are sick. So lots of prayers needed at this time!
So because of all of that and more I haven’t been able to Bible Journal as much as I have wanted to. I really miss it and so this month I am trying to take the #thedailymarker30day by Kathy Rac. If you get a chance take a moment and check it out!
If you want to see what I have Bible Journaled up till now check out my Pinterest Page for The Beautiful Word Coloring Bible, NIV.
Bible Journaling:
Here is what I have been journaling in my Beautiful Word Coloring Bible.
The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it? – Jeremiah 17:9
Naptime just hasn’t been long enough this week. But I am making my way through the book of Jeremiah…
Jeremiah 17:7-8 “But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.
They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream.
It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green.
It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.”
This two-page layout took we a few days to work on. That gave me time to pray and talk to God about some things that are going on…
The Lord is with me like a mighty warrior. Jeremiah 20:11
Lots of prayers going up right now and we need the strength of our Mighty Warrior.
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. – Jeremiah 29:11-13
I think these are my favorite verses in Jeremiah!
Thank you so much for stopping by!

Beautiful pages. I hope everyone is feeling better by now, and thank you for sharing at The Really Crafty Link Party.
This type of journaling would be very good for those of us who have the reading/writing learning style. I know when I write things down it’s like it just sticks to my brain!
Thanks for sharing how you journal. What a wonderful way to spend time with the Lord.
Hi Paulette,
Did you use watercolor paint on Jeremiah 17:9? It is beautiful! Do you do it all with paint? I’m featuring you at Best of the Weekend Link Party tonight!
Jeremiah 17:9 I did with watercolors but Jeremiah 17:7-8 I used acrylics. I love watercoloring in my Bible! It is very relaxing when I an studying the Bible! Thank so much for featuring me! 🙂
