    I always told my students that they could be certain that they had been able to treat all patients well if they received thank you notes from some that they really had not liked very much. I knew that because I received some such notes when I was doing clinical, and being human, some patients were really not easy to care for–and this is about personality not illness/injury! A book such as this might really help.
