My Weekly Bible Journaling #67: Book of Isaiah and 100 Days of Bible Promises Devotional Journal (Link Up)
This week has been a busy one and yet it just flew on by! This coming week I will only have three kidlets home for most of the day so I am planning on spending some time by the pool… the baby pool that is! I hope just hope it doesn’t get too hot out!
Bible Journaling:
It has been a rainy and overcast day today. I needed something cheerful and bright and this is what I created while reading Isaiah 26.
You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. – Isaiah 26:3
100 Days of Bible Promises Devotional Journal
Taking delight in the Lord means that our hearts truly find peace and fulfillment in Him. That means when we truly rejoice or “delight” in the eternal things of God, our desires will begin to parallel His and we will never go unfulfilled! How awesome is that!!
Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. -Psalm 37:4 (Day 5/100 Days of Bible Promises)
This week I didn’t get a lot of time Bible Journaling but I did do some coloring with my kids:
I hope you find some time to Be Still and Worship Him!
He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” – Psalm 46:10
While driving to dinner one even a storm started to blow in. I took this picture as the clouds were starting to darken. Thankful the storm cause no damage in our area.

I love Isaiah 26:3 and Psalm 46:10. I have been doing coloring pages, the names of God.These verses go well with that.
I love doing Bible verse coloring pages! There are so many wonderful coloring books out there!
I totally love your first photo! It seems like the opposite of peace at first glance. But then I see a cheerful explosion of color and strength that comes from our Savior! Thank you for sharing!
I have to admit – I wasn’t sure what I was doing when I started that page! By the time I was finished I saw His power. His power protects us and that gives me a peace like nothing I have ever felt before.

I love the colors in your Isaiah journal! I just started trying out Bible journaling, but I haven’t worked up the courage to really draw in my Bible. I’m not great at drawing. I’ve been writing thoughts and then add a doodle if I feel led. Thank you for the inspiration! Coming to you via Let’s Have Coffee linkup.

I really enjoy reading your posts and seeing your incredible journaling. I wish I were artistic. Thanks for linking up with us at the #LMMLinkup this week.
You don’t have to be ‘artistic’ to Bible Journal. You can get a coloring Bible and just use color pencils or gel pens and see where the Lord leads you!
