My Weekly Bible Journaling #56 – Proverbs
Our family is dealing with a stomach virus. Yuck! Please keep us in your prayers. I hate stomach viruses and I am so thankful I have a wonderful Hubby who has an iron stomach! I just hope we are all well before all of the Easter activities that are coming up…
This is what I read and worked on this week in my Bible:
Starting the week off with the book of Proverbs. So many interesting thoughts and lessons can be found in these pages…
These watercolors add a sweet shimmer to my pages.
“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction.” – Proverbs 1:7
Sick kids and a Mommy with a bad headache = not a very good day. Thankful for all the help and love my Hubby gives.
Thankful that God is is with us and will see us through it.
…turning your ear to wisdom and applying your heart to understanding— Proverbs 2:2
Do you trust God with all your heart? Do you give all your hopes, your dreams,… your everything over to Him? Do you have faith that He knows best for you, that He wants to Bless you and help you become the person He created you to become?
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight. – Proverbs 3:5-6
I really appreciate you stopping by today. Do you Bible Journal? If so I would love to see what the Lord is working on in your life. Leave me a link to your page and I will stop by and check it out!

About half of my house is finally on the mend. Just praying the other half get back on their feet soon!
I love your Bible journaling. It is something this summer I would like to start with my devotions. Yours’ looks so beautiful and I do not have an artistic bone. Proverbs is the book I am reading also for my devotions, and have found it to be such a great blessing to a homeschool mom. Thank you for this wonderful post!
I hope the Lord moves you to journal your journey with Him. It is so nice to meet another homeschool mom!
It is good to know how other people do their bible reading and journaling. Found you on Traffic Jam Weekend Linky Party
Thanks so much for coming by this week!
Shucks–hope the stomach bug is a fast-moving one. We had it land here for a day or two. Nasty!
