Such a sweet and cute book. Perfect for a child’s first Easter or for a little one who is learning to read. It is a sturdy board book with die-cut pages. The rounded corners make it safe for both babies and toddlers.

The bright and colorful illustrated pages also have flocking and foil accents to them. These add a fun and enjoyable way to hold any young child’s interest as they listen to the book being read to them.  Even my 9 month old likes looking at these engaging pages.

This book is just 8 pages long and is the right length for the short attention span that toddlers have. The sing-song type of rhyming makes it easy for a little ones to remember over time. The more you read it to them, they more they are able to remember it and say it along with you.

The book talks about many of the things everyone associates about Easter including Easter eggs. At the very end of this sweet book it is finally reveals what the true meaning of Easter is – Jesus. My family loves reading this book to our little ones and everyone enjoys it.

My wonderful models and I would like to thank Lifeway and B&H Publishing Group for allowing us to review this book. The opinions and impressions expressed in this review are entirely my own.
