Happy New Years Eve!
I cannot believe that this is the last Sunday… the last day of 2017. This past year has been a year full of Blessings and challenges. I am so thankful for all I have learned and I am looking forward to seeing what He will teach me this coming year.
Thank you for the thoughts and prayers for my son. We did get the results back, some of it we were not expecting. We have since found out that his issues might have been inherited and a few more of my children may also be affected.
I hope you have a fun but safe day today and tomorrow. May God Bless us all this coming year!
Here is what I have read and journaled in my Beautiful Word Coloring Bible these past few weeks:
No matter where you are, no matter what you are going through – God is there and He is in control!
When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars, which you have set in place,
what is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them? – Psalm 8:3-4
This has been a busy week. I know that He is in control of my path and I just need to put my faith in Him and His perfect plan. I know this coming year will be an interesting one.
You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. – Psalm 16:11
These two verses stood out for me today:
The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield[a] and the horn[b] of my salvation, my stronghold. I called to the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and I have been saved from my enemies. – Psalm 18:2-3
It is God who arms me with strength and keeps my way secure. – Psalm 18:32
Don’t you ever say something you shouldn’t have/ didn’t mean to say. Happened to me too many times this week. This is my prayer today, this week, forever…
May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer. – Psalm 19:14
I finally feel better so I have been busy cleaning. I clean out my closet and the girl’s closets. Have most of the Christmas decor put always (how is it I keep finding little bits around the house?). I am off to make some tea and snuggle with my babies!
The earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. – Psalm 24:1
My last page for 2017. This has been an interesting year. Thankful for the Blessings and what God has taught us. I have read the Bible more this year than any other.
The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. – Psalm 23:1
Here is my Best 9 of 2017. I feel like I spent more time in God’s Word this year than I ever have before. Looking forward to spending even more time in His Word in 2018.
Took the quiz and this is the word it gave me… Love
