My Weekly Bible Journaling #14

This past week has been a busy one with doctor appointments for two kids and our anniversary. Our oldest son came home to help out with the younger kids so Hubby and I could have a quick getaway. We even had some time to visit with him when we came back. It was good to catch up with him and see how much he has grown over the past few months.

Here is what I studied and worked on this week as I am making my way through my Beautiful Word Coloring Bible:

This is the page I finished on Sunday. It was super rainy and I honestly slept most of the day. I tried using stencils on it but it didn’t work as well as I wanted it to.

Love this verse!

So I gave the verse a light wash of pale peach watercolor and once it dried I used gel pens to color each word a different color. Easy to do when you have 100 pens to choose from! When that dried I just didn’t think it was finished so I took a black gel pen and add faux stitching around it.

For the rest of the week when I had time I worded on this double page layout for Deuteronomy 6:4-8. It was nice taking several days to go over these verses.
