I have been meaning to do some watercoloring in my Bible using watercolored pencils. I have seen them demonstrated before and I thought they would work for me. I picked up this set by Marvy UCHIDA and I liked that they were an affordable price for 24 pencils.
They arrived sharpened and not one of them broken.
they have a nice weight to them and are comfortable to use.
They are not numbered or named.
The above picture is what it looks like when you color with these pencils. I wanted to keep it light and so I did not put down too much color.
Below is what happened when I used a water brush to blend the colors and give it that watercolor look I was looking for. So pleased with how well these pencils worked! As you can see these are not regular colored pencils.
I hope that helps answer some of the questions you might have about these watercolor pencils. If I missed anything please feel free to ask!
