If you know me at all you know that I love to color! I came across these pencils last week and saw that I could use an Amazon coupon on the to save 20% off and so I had to get them!
BTW – And I am not an artist, just a coloring enthusiast!
This set of 24 colored pencils comes in a nice storage tin. All of the lead had already been sharpened when they arrived and not one of the leads was broken! Each of the pencils are numbered and you can find the color name on the inside of the lid of the storage tin.
Today I choses to color a page in the “The Psalms in Color” Inspirational Adult Coloring Book.
This first picture all I did was color the flowers and the leaves. I did no blending at all on this one. These pencils colored very nicely. I was actually surprised by how well they worked. These are the cheapest Tombow you can buy and I think they are better than the Crayola Colored Pencils.
Below you can see the top two leaves are not blended but the others are blended using Gamsol and Blending Stumps. I think they did a wonderful job blending together.
Over all I am quite pleased with these colored pencils. I like the way they color and how easy they are to use. I do wish that they came in more colors but I like that they are made out of recycled wood.
Do you have this set? What do you think of them?
