Waiting on Wednesday: Dream Eyes by Jayne Ann Krentz

Is it me or is November just flying by! I just realized I have missed having a WoW post for the past several weeks. I am so happy I remember this week!

Untitled-1

So what book am I looking forward to….

Dream Eyes

Dream Eyes (Dark Legacy #2) by Jayne Ann Krentz

To be published: January 2013

Synopsis:

The death of her friend and mentor, Evelyn Ballinger, brings psychic counselor Gwen Frazier back to the small town of Wilby, Oregon, and brings back memories she would rather forget. Two years earlier, a killer stalked the members of one of Ballinger’s research studies including Gwen. And though she survived while two others didn’t, Gwen knows that Ballinger’s death is related.
Sent by a friend to help Gwen, psychic investigator Judson Coppersmith arrives in Wilby barely in control of his own talent and his own life, haunted by urgent dreams. His attraction to Gwen is primal, but there are secrets he must keep to protect himself from surrendering to her completely, even as their investigation draws them into dreamscapes, into decades of deception, and into the paranormal fires of a desire too strong to resist. . .

It’s Jayne Ann Krentz! Of course I am ‘patiently’ waiting for her next book to come out! And the synopsis for Dream Eyes sounds intriguing and yummy!

So… what book are you waiting for??

I don’t read much romance (other than the teen kind) at this stage of my life. I somehow missed Jayne Ann Krentz during my teen years of furtively sneaking romance novels. Maybe my mom didn’t have any in her personal collection. I was much too embarrassed to get them from the library, especially since mom would have seen and known, though she probably did anyway. Haha. I’m not very sneaky. Anyway, I hope this one’s as good as all of her other books have been for you!

I’ve never heard of this book/author but I really like the synopsis with psychics and everything! Thanks for pointing it out to me, and for stopping by my post earlier 🙂

  3. Liza @ Reading with ABC says:

Jane Anne is one of my favorite romance authors (as well as Amanda Quick, her historical romance writing name). I’m not sure I’ve started this series yet, but I’m always up for one of her books 🙂

    Thanks for stopping by!

The synopsis sounds great! And the guy on the cover is a hottie. I’m embarassed to say I’ve never read any Jayne Ann Krentz books. This may have to be my first! Thanks so much for stopping by my WOW. Sorry I’m late to return the favor as I was out of town with limited internet! New follower via networked blogs.

    Happy reading!
