A few weeks ago I showed you the flower pots I had stamped and watercolored. This is what I made with them: Mother’s Day cards.
I have four special ladies in my life who are Moms. They each play a different but important role in my life and ion the life of others. I wanted to do something special for them and I haven’t made cards in a long time. I really hope they like them!
This is the only one I made with a different background. I used Tim Holtz Distress Crayons and a little bit of water. It really fit the Mom I am sending it too!
The rest of the cards I made the background by putting a little bit of paint on a baby wipes and wiping it across the card. Love how it turned out!
Once it dried (and it dried quickly!) I glues the pot of flowers on it and stamped my Mother’s Day saying on it. Then I added a few sequins to give it a bit of a sparkle and I was done.
This one is a bit more pink than the others I have made because this Mom LOVES pink!
I hope you also liked the cards I made. I have missed making cards and I hope once thing settle down around here I will be able to make a few more!
Happy Mother’s Day!
