Bible Journaling: Week 6

bible

Hello and welcome! I hope you and yours have had a beautiful week. Our was interesting. I have to go back to the doctor this week for another test. Praying it turns out well!

Here are the pages I Bible journaled this past week:

My first double page layout! As soon as I saw it I knew it had to give it a distress look. Once I colored in the background I used the distress inks to add color to the details on the page.

Another page I use distress inks on. I am not sure what inspired me to use just blues but I like the feel of this page once I had finished. I use silver gel pen to go over the light doodles that were already around this verse.

My youngest son made this early Valentine picture for my Hubby and I. He is such a sweetie!

The last page I completed this week I used Gelatos for the first time. They are so much fun to use but I clearly need some practice with them!

I am loving this new coloring book called  A Garland of Grace and colored pencils I picked up this week. The colored pencils are by Jane Davenport and I love how well they blend and the colors are lovely. Just wish there was a bigger set with more of a color selection.

Those look amazing. When I first started Bible Journaling, it was so fun to learn about all the supplies. I had to curtail my visits to Hobby Lobby and Michaels. lol
