This has been a lovely week at our house. Our pool is finally up and running so we have gotten to swim everyday. We have had a few issues with sun burns but I think the kids finally have a hang on applying sunscreen properly!

Now we are getting my oldest ready to go to collage and I am getting supplies for my younger kids. I just love shopping for school supplies don’t you! I picked up some pens for myself:

These Inkjoy Gel Pens are amazing! I am in love and am using them whenever I can. I also got a new pencil sharpener for my colored pencils:

I had been using a Staedtler Double-hole Tub Pencil Sharpener which I like but I could tell was getting a bit dull. So I picked up this Prismacolor Scholar Pencil Sharpener and I really like it! Is there a manual pencil sharpener that you would recommend?

Have a lovely day and thanks so much for popping by!

Leave me a link to your Sunday Post and I will pop over for a visit.

I need the inkjoy pens! This was the first year in awhile that I’ve had to do the full on school supply list and I went about crazy. They’re so oddly specific. I loved school supply shopping for my older kids though. All the new notebooks and pens. I never could resist picking up some stuff for myself! As for the pencil sharpener I’m a mechanical pencil fan strictly because I’ve had terrible luck with pencil sharpeners. Good luck and have a great week!

That is so funny! I have the worst time with mechanical pencils! They are always breaking when I try to use them. I finally had to give up! 🙂

Your post makes me miss shopping for school supplies. I love love love pens and have a bunch of them, but I’ve never seen Inkjoy Gel Pens so I’m going to click that link.
